Listening to Apsis Lappet's debut, Suite Happy Sweet, I'm hit with waves of nostalgia. These songs are the songs created inside of my daydreams as a child. Kitchens manages to recall every note as he writes the aged lyrics and crafts this EP. Spidermunkey recalls a synth punk inner city attitude while Happier Day and Mellow remind me of early Magnetic Fields.
